Why We Can, And Should, Offer Bruno £300Kpw

Talk that financial restrictions mean we cannot offer Bruno the wages he could get at Arsenal or another so called elite club is IMO now way off the mark.
Here's why...
The previous issue with stepping up Isak's wages was that our other top players Bruno, Tonali and Gordon would want the same or near it.
Moving all of those those players from £120K-£160Kpw to £250K-£300Kpw could have cost the club an extra £25M-£35M in wages every season - a big lump out of our restricted transfer budget.
However, with Isak, Gordon and Tonali all gone, Bruno now stands alone as our only top player who could command top dollar if he moved on.
That means upping Bruno's wages from c£160Kpw to c£300Kpw would only cost £7M per season, a figure that is a much smaller and more easily accommodated dent in our transfer warchest.
Plus, no player left at the club has any justification for asking anywhere near parity with Bruno and most, IMO, would accept that our captain and talisman deserves it.
If I were in his agents shoes I'd be putting exactly the same case ie., if you want him to stay you can nowafford to pay him what he is worth.
If I were in the club's shoes I'd agree, but withhold the new contract details until mafter the transfer window has closed. That stops agents of our targets demanding more than their players are worth simply because we have paid big bucks to Bruno.
So...
It's over to the club.
There isn't a player in recent history, bar Shearer, who has been as important to the heart of the club as Bruno. Nor a player who has been as deserving of the best wages we can afford.
IMO, putting a new contract in front of him at c£200Kpw isn't an insult, but in the prevailing circumstances it isn't a massive reflection of how important he is to the club.

Wages were something that NUFC could actually match and exceed in the past- Shearer was called greedy for coming home in 1996 and pocketing between £30-34k a week which was then a record. Kluivert, Owen, Ferguson, Viduka, Collocini were all on top wack and we could compete with salaries. Due to another boom in wages and then the financial restrictions it means we are on the level below the top 6 for wages. I love Bruno, but would not pay him £15m a year, I think edging it up higher is correct (to say £11-12.5m) with 20% increases if we get Champions League, the same for Isak if we had offered a new deal. Until we dramatically increase revenue year…

I lost my younger brother Alan on 25/05/1975 my parents were devastated and so was my sister and I - probably the worst day of my life although the loss of my parents was also tough but you really don’t expect to see a child go at any age but Alan was only 26 (far to young). How about this as a scenario.
Man Utd see the Ederson deal collapse.
So they sign the Aston Villa lad.
That gives Villa money suddenly and they can sign Manzambi.
All these things are interlinked. Villa probably said to Manzambi weeks ago, stall if you can, if we get a sale we will be in for you.
If nufc offer a player a great opportunity they have to wise up. Like listen you've got 72 hours. If you don't commit we will be off and won't come back.
What is the biggest danger to us next season.
Answer, not having the capacity to score enough goals.
Wissa. At times he makes runs that look like he is trying to avoid getting the ball.
Wolt. You all know the issues with him as a CF.
Osula. Might do it, but it's a risk.
Must get a top CF who can lead the line and score Min 15 goals.
